What areas do you serve?

Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Harford counties. If you're just outside those, ask — we'll let you know.

Do I need to buy organizing products before you arrive?

Accepted Answer

No. We assess your space first and recommend (or shop for) products only if needed. Many clients are surprised how much can be done with what you already have.

Do you haul away donations?

Yes. Donation haul-away is included in most packages. Just point us to the pile.

Question 4

How long does a reset take?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the package. Reset Starter is up to 3 hours; Reset Elite runs up to 16 hours across 2 days. Every home and project is different — the amount completed depends on the size, condition, volume of belongings, decision-making time, and complexity of the space. Additional time is available at $75 per hour, or you can purchase another package.

Do I have to be home?

Not always. Some clients prefer to be present; others hand us the keys and come back to a finished space. We'll talk through your comfort level during the free consultation.

Is my session confidential?

Always. We never share client details, and photos are only posted with your written permission.

What payment methods do you accept?

Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Payment details are sent when we confirm your booking.
